Camilla trained directly with the Savory Institute, including advanced field training in Zimbabwe, at the site where Holistic Management was first proven and has worked alongside Ovis 21 in Argentina, the team that studied Monte Claro. Her understanding of this method comes from its origins, not a textbook.

She has rebuilt degraded farmland herself, restructuring a ninety-hectare conventional monoculture into a regenerative, organic, biodiverse farm and has worked on regenerative projects across Europe and Argentina. She knows what it takes when a plan meets real ground.
Fluent in both languages.
Camilla pairs deep field experience with training in business, and a career spent mediating between investors and farmers. The thesis of Grow Wise, connecting patient capital to the land and the people who restore it, is the work she has done throughout her career.
