Drawing on a global network of Savory-trained professionals, she supports projects ranging from family farms to institutional portfolios. Outside her professional work, Camilla loves hosting dinner parties and cooking for others. She finds balance in sailing, horse riding, skiing, and yoga, and treasures good conversations by the campfire. I founded GrowWise to support real system change in land, in business, and in society. The foundation of this work is Holistic Management, a framework that helps us see wholes instead of fragments and make decisions that create lasting value.
GrowWise exists to awaken awareness. We teach how nature really works through ecosystem processes, wholeness, and pattern, with the aim of strengthening the capacity to think in wholes, act with wisdom, and regenerate what matters most.
For me, learning is not about doing the work for others, but about assisting people in finding their own way. My role is to guide: creating space for reflection, asking the right questions, and helping establish the feedback loops that allow people and ecosystems to adapt and thrive.
GrowWise stands for clarity, care, and cooperation. I focus on outcomes rather than prescriptions, and on working across ecological, financial, and social dimensions.
